Here we see the most successful circuit to date used by the leading corporation in the QC field Dwave.

You will note they are using an LC circuit utilizing a Josephson Junction (JJ) in the form of two superconductors coupled by a thin insulator known as a superconductor-insulator-superconductor junction or SIS focusing on a magnetic field quantum parameter as opposed to my proposal to use an RC circuit and an electric field quantum parameter at server room temperatures.
